Stunning lake views from the spacious room balcony.
During my recent stay, I was disappointed with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The sound from a wedding party resonated through the walls, affecting my peace throughout the night. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with corners and surfaces seeming neglected, which is unacceptable for a supposed five-star establishment.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views! The breakfast offered is delicious, with an abundant variety to satisfy everyone's taste.
The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow! And some rooms felt like they needed more attention to cleanliness.

Had a grand time at the hotel! The breakfast was mighty with a variety that'd make anyone happy. The Italian restaurant was a treat, especially the crème brûlée. Just a shame the Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy on the second floor!
